Merchandise Guarantee

Richter’s guarantees your jewelry purchase for 2 years from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any piece of jewelry that is determined to be defective in materials and/or workmanship.

We will repair or replace any stone loss up to 0.20ct. per stone due to defects in materials and/or workmanship. We offer free lifetime cleaning & inspection of your jewelry from Richter’s. We’ll make sure everything is safe & secure and, of course, sparkling. You should do this at least every six months.
