The 14k yellow gold blue topaz and diamond necklace is a prong set halo style that features one electric blue cushion cut blue topaz surrounded by a halo of round brilliant cut diamonds and accented by a frame of yellow gold rope detail. 

The blue topaz has a carat weight of 8.10ct.

The thirty six round brilliant cut diamonds are G color, I-2 clarity and have a carat total weight 0.30ctw.
